Information for Participants

Requirements for the presentations

Oral presentations should be in English:
15 min (including discussion) for contributed talks
40 min (including discussion) for invited talks

LCD projectors and laptops will be provided for all oral presentations. Presenting authors are expected to bring their presentation on a USB flash drive to be used with the dedicated laptop that will be at the technical table in the session room. Please be sure to arrive at your session during the preceding break and introduce yourself to the session chair.

Poster presentations in English will be displayed on an A0 board, approximately 1.19 m height and 0.84 m width.
